Vidyaranya Kannada Kuta has many committees in addition to the President and his team of Executive committee members to perform various functions throught out the year at the organization.

The organization has three standing committees for which the members are elected every year. In addition to the standing committee, the Executive Committee or General Body can create sub-committees or ad-hoc committees also.
