A brief overview of Bhakti Sangama day celebrations:

Bhakti Sangama Day event was originally started and conducted in the year 1998. The objective of this event is to provide an opportunity to pay tributes to various saints and dasas who treaded the path of Bhakti Yoga. The literary and music compositions by these proponents of Bhakti are rendered through music or by any other performing arts.

This event offers opportunity to members of VKK and various devotional groups in Chicagoland area to offer respect and pay tribute to proponents of Bhakti by rendering their works. Music Concerts are also part of Bhakti Sangama Day program thus providing music lovers in Chicagoland occasions to enjoy performances by great musicians.

This year's Executive Committee is looking into the possibility of conducting this event during 2007. VKK members interested in being part of Bhakti Sangama Day committee are requested to contact the President.
