| | | Ad hoc Committee's Open Forum | | | | As informed in the previous notification (Bulletin# 20 dated July 31, 2007 - click here to view it), VKK Ad hoc committee has come up with some proposals for amendments to VKK Constitution. Members are hereby requested to download the these proposals from VKK website. Please note that the proposed amendments are is not being sent to members by regular mail. However, the Ad hoc committee will make arrangements to keep the printed copies of the same at the Open Forum meeting scheduled for September 16, 2007. Dear Members:
The WKC 2008 conveners, elected at the Special General Body (SGB) meeting held on March 25th this year, were authorized by the General Body to complete a WKC2008 related MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) document and deliver it to VKK Executive Committee for a final approval. The conveners have completed their task and have provided a MOU draft copy to us (VKK EC). We are in the process of analyzing the same and are confident that we can and will complete our task without much delay. We would like to inform you that safeguarding VKK interests will be paramount in our minds as we perform our job that the General Body has entrusted us with utmost confidence.
If there is a need for us to get some help & guidance in completing our task, we will, without hesitation, contact VKK members (via phone or email) in the next few days.
