Deepavali Program is generally conducted in November every year. It is one of the four "family get-together" activities. VKK members can attend this event without paying additional fees. Cultural events related to Deepavali and Kannada Rajyotsava are organized on this day. An Annual General Body Meeting is normally held during the Deepavali program. The meeting shall be called to order immediately preceding dinner. Elections for the positions of the President and the members of the Standing Committee for the following year will be held at this meeting. The annual budget, accounts, and audit report shall be presented at this meeting along with any other matter that the Executive Committee wishes to apprise the General Body.
