VKK Winter Olympiad is starting on February 4th with Chess game for Adults and Juniors. Here is the confirmed schedule:
2/4/12 – Adults Chess at Ravi and Suneela Harsoor’s residence at 12:00 PM (Oak Brook)
2/4/12 – Kids Chess at B. Indusekar and Kusuma Indusekar’s residence at 1:00 PM (Bolingbrook)
2/11/12 – PagaDe at Nitin and Anupama Mangalvedhe’s residence at 11:30 AM (Hoffman Estates)
2/12/12 – Chowka-Bhara at Gurudutt and Asha Gurudutt’s residence at 11:30 AM (Hanover Park)
3/11/12 – All Table Tennis games at Eola Community Center, Aurora at 2:00 PM
Schedule for Carrom games will be sent soon. All participants will receive an email with detailed schedule and the same will be published on the VKK website.
Tournament Rules:
1. If you haven’t paid the registration fee, please pay before playing the first game of the tournament. 2. The participant should be a VKK member to receive the trophy. No refund after the tournament is started. Due to emergency if there is a schedule conflict of one or more participants, other participants of the team should agree to change the schedule. Otherwise the game is deemed as walk-over after 30 minutes of the scheduled play. 5. In a situation where players cannot decide the outcome of the game, it should be brought to the attention of the coordinator. 6. Coordinator/Referee decision is final. 7. All round-robin games will be officiated by participants from other groups.Non Profit Organization
