DINDIMA, a bi-monthly newsletter, is brought to the members of Vidyaranya Kannada Kuta from this year's VKK Executive Committee.

NEW COLUMNS:

1. ಆರೋಗ್ಯದಂಗಳ/Health Corner
Health Corner column is related to tips and new developments in the medical field that our community can benefit from. It can be about any of the specialized field of medicine. Some of the topics can be related to H1N1 Virus, winter exercises that can relieve Knee pain, Things to do when you are waiting for a Dental Appointment, etc.

2. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜಮನೆತನ:
This column will provide a brief overview of selected Royal Dynasties of Karnataka (one dynasty per issue). We can learn about their rule, contributions and some interesting facts about them.
 
3. ಜೀವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ
ಜೀವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ is a column with articles that is about someone who has (something that has) touched our lives. It can be act, deed, words or thoughts that has touched our hearts. The writing for this column can also be about anyone who has inspired, influenced or helped us achieve the dreams of our lives or changed our lives for the better.

4. ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸೊಗಸು
We know that Karnataka has many regions with their own unique landscapes and lifestyles. The column is related such unique aspects of the various regions of Karnataka. Each article should be focused on a region which the members can easily relate to. Some of the topics include Everyday Hotels of Old Bangalore, the scenic beauty of Malenaadu, elegance of the Dasara Procession, etc.
